Industrial filter belts, also known as fabric filter belts, use a heavy-duty woven or nonwoven cloth that is primarily designed to capture and retain solid particles. The belts are used in applications where there is the need to separate solids from liquids or air streams, such as the filtration of wastewater, chemical processing and maize ethanol production. They provide a cost-effective and efficient way of purifying products. 

For example, using in Belt sludge dehydrator: The sludge layer is carried by two tensioned filter belts up and down, and passes through a series of regularly arranged roller cylinders in an S-shape. The press and shear force of the sludge layer are formed by the tension of the filter belt itself, and the capillary water in the sludge layer is squeezed out, so as to realize the sludge dehydration.It is widely used and the technology is relatively mature.
