The Different Varieties of Paper Making Screen Meshes

The Different Varieties of Paper Making Screen Meshes

The whole process of paper making involves four kinds of mesh belts, namely forming mesh, pulp washing mesh, drying mesh and felt.Let's introduce these four kinds of mesh belts one by one.

First, paper forming belt is an important part of the forming device. It is driven by the couch roll or other drive rolls to make the pulp continuously filter and dehydrate on the net to form a wet paper layer, and then transport the wet paper layer to the couch roll. In addition, the forming belt also has the function of pulling various rollers of the net part to rotate. Therefore, the water permeability of the forming belt must meet the requirements of paper making; be able to bear large tension; It has the toughness and wear resistance of repeated bending and elongation.
Second, pulp washing belt is used for bleaching machine, pulp washing machine, and paper making net of thickness controller. It can also be used for pulp washing machine washing drum and bleaching machine washing drum. It is made of stainless steel, and can also provide open polyester paper making net, all of which are designed as plain design.

Third, paper drying belt is mainly used for uniform dehydration and forming uniform wet paper; Drive other parts of the network to operate. A good drying belt should be flat; the thickness and density of the mesh shall be uniform; the mesh cable shall be smooth and the mesh width shall be consistent; the mesh body should have certain softness and stiffness; it shall have sufficient tension resistance and wear resistance.

Last, according to the position on the paper machine, it can be divided into wet blanket, upper blanket and dry blanket. The wet blanket is transported with water on the paper machine to press the paper blank to make it dehydrate and smooth. The wet blanket has good water filtration and elasticity, high strength, small shrinkage, wear resistance, and can resist bacteria and acid and alkali corrosion.
