How to clean the polyester mesh belt slurry block

If there is a slurry block on top of the polyester mesh belt, it needs to be dealt with promptly, and the following are a few possible effective methods:

Use cleaning agent: You can use some cleaning agent to clean the slurry block. Before cleaning, you need to remove the polyester mesh belt from the equipment and remove the slurry block. Then apply the cleaning agent to the pulp block and gently brush it with a soft brush. After cleaning, then rinse well with water and dry.

Using chemical methods: For more stubborn pulp blocks, chemical methods can be used to clean them. For example, a dilute solution of sodium hydroxide or potassium hydroxide can be applied to the block and left for a while. Then rinse it off with water and let it dry.

Use high-pressure water gun: A high-pressure water gun can rinse the slurry block off the polyester mesh. When using the high-pressure water gun, you need to be careful not to over-rinse to avoid damaging the polyester webbing.

It should be noted that when handling the slurry block, it should be handled gently to avoid excessive friction and pulling on the polyester belt. If the slurry block is too stubborn or impossible to remove, the polyester belt may need to be replaced.
