Flatbed digital printers, also known as flatbed printers or flatbed UV printers, are printers characterized by a flat surface upon which a material is placed to be printed on.

UV digital printer conveyor belt is made of high viscosity black polyester monoflaments, in spiral loop shape, adopt advanced warp and weft weaving technology, the density is uniform and the force is good, no arching or deformation, clean and smooth surface without burrs and broken wires. Stable heat setting to ensure no quality problems of ruffes, bell mouths, oose and tight at the same time not be turned during production.

Besides, it usually flled with flat wire, to reduce the ain permeability, hence to reduce the material loss from the mesh opening, also squares the loop more space, so not easy to move, more stable performance. Widened latex sealing edge, soft, light and not easy to fall off.

It has characteristics of easy installation without stain long service life and easy to repair. so widely used on wide format UV hybrid roll to roll conveyor belt for digital printer.
