UV belts

Flatbed UV printers refer to printers characterized by a conveyor belt upon which a material is placed to be printed on and carried away.Nowadays, a special spiral mesh belt ,also known as UV belt,is usually adopted as the conveyor belt for UV printers, with the following advantages:

1. The belt allows for printing on a wide variety of surfaces such as wood or canvas, carpet, tile, and even glass.  

2. Compared to the filament rod which can also be used as the flat surface on the UV printer,the service time of a belt is longer, reaching 3 years.

3. The UV belt is the optimal solution for UV printers because it is easy to maintain and low to cost.

4. The UV belt ensures printing accuracy and works well when the printer is running at high speed.
