4 types of webbing interface methods

Generally speaking, there are four commonly used interface of mesh belt

1. Self ring-High flatness, suitable for S and SS, only half the warp is carrying the load.

2. Millet ring-Suitable for SSS, SMS,SMMS, SSMMS, all the warp are in use, so the bearing capacity is twice than self ring.

3. Double pins-Suitable for SSS, SMS,SMMS, SSMMS, Strong tensile resistance, durable, integrated into self ring's flatness advantage and millet ring's bearing double advantage, the only disadvantage is threading takes a long time.

4. Endless-Suitable for spunlace and thermal bonding non-woven equipment, or meltblown whose roller is removable.
