What Types of Products Are Available?

There are a variety of forming fabric products on the market, designed to meet different manufacturing needs. Forming fabrics can be know differently depending on the geographical region and type of paper production, but some popular types include single layer fabrics, pressed multi-layer fabrics and multi-layer felt fabrics.

At present, there are three kinds of paper forming fabric: polyester three layer fabric, polyester two layer half fabric, polyester double layer fabric and three kinds of paper molding fabric. A three-layer fabric  is a three-layer fabric with a comprehensive structure of 2 / 5. The paper is pasted horizontally using two comprehensive alternate binding weaving methods. It has a high fiber support index, which can effectively connect the upper layer and the lower layer simultaneously. High fiber support ensures good paper forming, high retention force and light screen printing. The wear-resistant surface is used to ensure the long service life and good stability of the mesh. This structure is widely used in high operation time, retention force and forming requirements.
